The Associated Staffing Skilled Trades Scholarship is for students planning to attend a Nebraska-based certificate/diploma program or associate degree program for technical science. Students from specific Nebraska counties are welcome to apply. Those who demonstrate merit through extracurricular activities and/or community involvement receive special consideration.
Requirements
- Resident of one of the following Nebraska counties: Adams, Boone, Buffalo, Butler, Cass, Clay, Colfax, Custer, Dawson, Douglas, Hall, Hamilton, Howard, Kearney, Madison, Merrick, Phelps, Platte, Polk, Sarpy, Saunders, Sherman, Stanton, or Washington
- Graduating high school senior, current college student, or nontraditional student
- Plan to attend a community college or trade school in Nebraska as a fulltime student
- Seeking an associate degree, diploma, or professional certificate in a skilled trade field Preference is given to students who demonstrate merit through extracurricular activities and/or community involvement.
