Women in Technical Careers (WITC) is a scholarship program designed to help women students succeed in a technical degree program at Dunwoody College of Technology and launch into a great career.
- Dunwoody’s WITC scholarship includes: • A scholarship of up to $10,000/year for two years • A child care stipend of up to $1,500/year (if eligible) • Formal mentoring by women professionals from the same industry • A cohort experience, including monthly professional development workshops • One-on-one advising and a summer orientation exclusively for women in the cohort In order to be considered for WITC, you must: • Self-identify as a woman or non-binary individual • Be enrolled in a Dunwoody Automotive, Computer Technology, Construction Sciences & Building Technology*, Robotics & Manufacturing, or Engineering program for the Fall 2021 semester *Students in Dunwoody’s Interior Design program are not eligible for the WITC Scholarship. • Be able to demonstrate a high financial need.
